In this five-minute clip, taken from my longer film from the same day, I take you on a warm and sunny bike ride through Trondheim city center. It's a beautiful summer morning – the sky is blue, the sun is shining and the city has the calm, pleasant atmosphere that only summer days can give ☀️????
I start on a beautiful walking and cycling path, and already at the beginning we see two people out running. It's always inspiring to see others who are also enjoying the nice summer weather. The ride continues downhill towards the harbor, an area that always gives me a very special peace. The smell of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the sight of the water do something to the mood.
When I get all the way down to the quay, we get an extra nice moment: Hurtigruten Nordkapp is just leaving the quay. There is something majestic about seeing the Hurtigruten in motion – an iconic sight along the Norwegian coast, and an important part of both Trondheim’s harbor life and Norwegian travel history ????????????
The film ends with me talking a little in front of the camera, before the tour wraps up.
