When you fish these waters, you’re never quite sure what will show up — Thornback Rays, Pollock, Cod, Whiting, Dogfish, even the odd Conger Eel. But today’s mission was laser-focused: we wanted that flat, spotted powerhouse, the Raja clavata — the Thornback Ray.
