UNDER - The biggest underwater restaurant in the world

On Friday the 27th of July 2018, Europe’s first underwater restaurant was installed in Lindesnes - Norway’s southernmost point. The installation has garnered mass media attention and promises to ‘provide a culinary journey into the unknown depths’. The restaurant aims to create a new niche in food tourism and, arguably, underwater buildings as well. Time Magazine believes it’s ‘something out of a science fiction novel’, whilst Dagens Næringsliv (DN) writes that ‘the building resembles a crossing between civil infrastructure and a whale.’
