The norwegian diving club "Arendal Undervannsklubb" is cleaning up the local harbor basin for junk. Because of all the bars around it the water gets fileld with trash like beer cans, shopping carts, bicycles and more stuff. They are doing this as voluntary work, so hands up and cheer!
