#Nordkapp #Honningsvåg #MCTrip #norway #bmwk1600 TURN ON SUBTITLES This is the first of three videos from our amazing trip to Northern Norway in July 2026! Our main goal for the journey was to explore the Scenic Routes of Havøysund and Varanger.
Erik rode an incredible 2,575 km on his motorcycle all the way from Bergen, while I flew up and landed in Honningsvåg at 10:45 PM. The original plan was to drive to the North Cape (Nordkapp) the following morning, but after checking the weather forecast, we realized we had to act fast. We rode straight to Nordkapp directly from the airport!
It turned out to be the absolute best decision we could have made. There’s truly nothing quite like the magical colors of the midnight sun over the Arctic Ocean! Sure enough, the very next day, the entire plateau was wrapped in a thick, impenetrable fog.
We also hope that the touching story of Bamse, the St. Bernard dog, warms your heart just as much as it did ours. ❤️
