Today we are going to have ab exciting day here in Olden Norway. From the bus we are going to take a troll and go to the top of the mountain to see the Briksdal glacier also known as Jostedalsbreen glacier. This is a must see activity when you come to this town. You can take a hike too which it is very interesting! I suggest that you book everything in advance. Surprisingly, the glacier has a blueish color. It's beautiful. The blue color is caused by the snow flakes that have been compressed over the years and formed the glaciers. As you have heard about global warming, this glacier is getting a little smaller as you will see in the video! The turquoize color of the lake is cause by sediments from the rocks that were removed because the glaciers have rubbed it during all this years.. That's why the water has this beautiful turquoize color. The temperature on the top of the mountain is cold that's what keeps the glacier frozen but where we are the temperature is pleasant. The mountains act as a cost. That's what enticed the Vikings to settle in these areas. To go down we take the famous trolls and enjoy the beautiful view of wild water falls.
