On my three‑day motorcycle trip through Southern Norway, I set out for another camping adventure, riding a couple of hours from home before turning west over a mountain pass toward the Valle area. Along the way, I passed familiar places like Vrådal and a hotel that hosts the Straand event in September. The ride included winding roads, altitude climbs, and a stop to switch from summer gloves to a new pair of winter gloves..
After reaching a camping area near Valle, I woke up to a beautiful morning with a river nearby and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. This camping spot was closer to home compared to my last mountain‑side camp. The previous day’s ride took me from Arendal to Treungen, then over the mountains toward Valle. As the sun broke through, I expected a great day ahead.
Later, the weather shifted—light rain and colder air rolled in as I continued riding south over the mountain routes. Despite the changing conditions, the journey remained scenic and memorable.
