In het oude deel van Stavanger is dit museum gevestigd in een voormalige visverwerkingsfabriek. Hier werden vroeger de sardines gerookt en ingeblikt. Het is een van de oudste Conservenfabrieken van de stad met een interieur uit de periode van 1880 tot 1930. U kunt hier zien hoe bijna 70% van de inwoners van Stavanger werkzaam waren in deze industrie tot eind jaren 50. Op de begane grond laat men het deel zien waar o.a. de sardine en visballen productie werd gedaan. Ook de machines en rookkamers zijn daar te zien. Op de 1e etage is een korte film te zien en o.a. het kantoor van de voorman en directie. (2015)
