After realizing we’d missed our boat out of Reine, we had a choice: wait or drive. We chose to drive. What followed was hours of golden hour magic as we retraced our steps through the Lofoten Islands before heading south towards Glomfjord. This 20-year-old Volvo XC70 continues to prove why it's the ultimate overlanding companion, handling the winding Norwegian tunnels and mountain passes without breaking a sweat.
