This is certainly an interesting elevator. From my research, StarLift was a Norwegian elevator company that was bough out by KONE in 2023.
This thing has a goofy floor layout and gives me Kvaderaturen Legesenter Schindler vibes, but has funky blue button lights and rides quite well.
